Memorial Day Weekend Wine Appreciation Class

Texas’ own, Messina Hof Winery and Resort teaches monthly wine appreciation classes to help you decipher the wonderful world of wine. Classes last an hour & a half and include light cheeses. I suggest you eat something before coming to class, as most classes include five to eight different wines and you don’t want to get sloppy.

Sunday May 30th @ 3:00pm
“Effect of Oak Aging on Wine”

I cannot wait to read more of this good topic. So much of it Ive never even thought of. You sure did put a new twist on something that Ive heard so much about. I dont believe Ive actually read anything that does this subject as good justice as you just did.
